A bouquet of Sicilian aromatic herbs and seeds. Almonds and walnuts from the Val di Noto. Each botanical is weighed to the gram and placed by hand in the still’s botanical basket. The result is a symphony of aromas, with every note perfectly in place.

Territory

Produced in Aragona, in the heart of the Agrigento region. Our botanicals are sourced from every province of Sicily, from Mount Etna to Syracuse, from Ragusa to the Val di Noto. We respect the land as much as we respect our raw ingredients: without compromise. Recycled glass, renewable energy and zero water waste. Not because we have to, but because it is the only way that makes sense.
