CLUB GIN
Apenera Club Gin
Apenera Club Gin is an artisanal London Dry Gin created for the bar counter and designed for professional use within the Horeca segment. Produced in small batches, it is crafted from a selection of a few essential botanicals to achieve a clean, recognizable profile that is easy to work with in mixology. Juniper leads the tasting experience with a fresh and defined backbone, supported by the aromatic lift of coriander and the structural depth of angelica root. The citrus character of orange brightens the palate, while pink pepper and ginger introduce a modern, dry, and controlled spice profile. Bottled at 38% ABV in a 1-liter format, it is designed to ensure consistency, versatility, and precision in cocktails — from everyday service to more technical signature creations.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Clear and crystalline in appearance, with a pure transparency that immediately conveys precision and elegance. On the nose, juniper emerges with confidence, accompanied by fresh citrus nuances and a subtle, refined spice that enriches the aromatic profile without overpowering it. On the palate, it is dry and balanced: balsamic notes intertwine with bright citrus accents, creating a harmonious progression that slowly evolves into a spicy finish — intense yet perfectly measured. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean, with a long and precise persistence that reveals the full finesse of the distillate. Botanicals

Juniper defines the soul of the distillate with its balsamic and resinous character — intense yet perfectly balanced. Coriander introduces aromatic freshness and delicate citrus nuances, bringing brightness and vibrancy to the olfactory profile. Angelica adds structure and depth, building an elegant and persistent foundation that supports the entire botanical composition. Pink pepper contributes a delicate floral spice, subtle yet recognizable, capable of adding refinement without overpowering the other elements. Orange brightens the distillate with soft and rounded accents, enhancing the sensation of balance and aromatic luminosity. Finally, ginger introduces a drier, more contemporary spicy drive, closing the profile with energy, tension, and character.
